Return policy:
Here is the procedure for returning your items:
- Download the returns form below.
- Complete the form and insert it inside the package.
- Return the package to the address indicated on the returns form.
For obvious hygiene reasons: accessories are neither returned nor exchanged.
Promotional items are non-refundable, in the event of a return a size exchange will be possible, if the desired size is no longer available a credit note will be created corresponding to the value of the returned items.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to exchange we cover the shipping costs of the new order.
PLEASE NOTE: The return period is 14 days from receipt of your package. If applicable, the return will be refused and returned to the sender.
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has a period of fourteen days from receipt of the Product to exercise his right of withdrawal from the Seller, without having to provide reasons or pay a penalty, for the purpose of exchange or refund, provided that the Products are returned in perfect condition within 14 days following notification to the Seller of the Customer's decision to withdraw.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete allowing them to be put back on the shelves in new condition. Damaged, soiled or incomplete Products will not be returned.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the aforementioned period, only the price of the Product(s) purchased will be refunded; return costs remaining the responsibility of the Customer. The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within 14 days from receipt by the Seller of the Products returned by the Customer under the conditions provided for in this article.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform STAYIN of your decision by an unequivocal written declaration.
The withdrawal period is respected if you send your letter informing us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal before the expiration of this withdrawal period.
Refund Policy:
In the event of a full refund of the order, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When a refund is issued and shipping costs have been offered, these costs will be subtracted from the amount refunded.
